In celebration of National Health Center Week, ONE Health Ohio will be offering FREE Health Screenings to the communtiy on August 13 from 1pm-4pm at the Youngstown Community Health Center (726 Wick. Ave., Youngstown, OH 44505). The event is FREE and open to the public. Everyone who completes their health screenings will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a $500 gift card.
