Youngstown, OH (August 3, 2022) – In honor of National Health Center Week, ONE Health
Ohio will be hosting patient appreciation events at four of their locations across Mahoning,
Trumbull, and Stark Counties. All events will feature free health screenings, back to school
giveaways, free food, games, and prizes.
Events will be held at the following locations, on the following dates and times:
Saturday, August 6th from 12am – 3pm at ONE Health Ohio at Alliance (1390 S. Arch Avenue,
Alliance)
Monday, August 8th from 11am – 3pm at Lloyd McCoy Community Health Center (1977 Niles
Rd SE, Warren)
Thursday, August 11th from 11pm – 3pm at the future site of the Glenwood Avenue location
(2649 Glenwood Avenue, Youngstown)
National Health Center Week is an annual celebration to raise awareness of the mission of
America’s health centers and their accomplishments. The focus of the National Association of
Community Health Centers this year is “Community Health Centers – The Chemistry for Strong
Communities”.
ONE Health Ohio is a Certified Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) that provides
