ONE Health Ohio’s Alliance location, Good Samaritan Community Health Center (Alliance), is a Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognized Health Center that offers comprehensive healthcare services. Services include primary medical care, behavioral health care and on-site lab testing. The health center services all ages, including adults, teens, children and infants.
