ONE Health Ohio’s Newton Falls location, Falls Family Care, is a Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognized Health Center that offers comprehensive healthcare services. Services include primary medical care, dental care and behavioral health care, as well as on-site lab testing. The health center services all ages, including adults, teens, children and infants.
