The Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber and RISE Recovery, powered by ONE Health Ohio, will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the openingof its third Medication-Assisted Treatment and Counseling Center. The event will take place on October 22, 2021 at 10:30am at the Falls Family Care/RISE Recovery location (175 E. Broad St, Newton Falls,
OH 44444).
“RISE Recovery is different than most other Medication-Assisted Treatment programs who use
Suboxone and Vivitrol to help those with addiction,” says Maria D. Kowal, MD and Chief Medical
Officer. “We include a full service model that provides comprehensive medical and dental care because
we know our patients do not get the full health care they deserve and need on a regular basis. This model
is a more responsible way to help our addicted patients to recover and give them the gift of good health.”

RISE Recovery accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most major insurances. A Sliding Fee Scale is available
