RISE Recovery, powered by ONE Health Ohio, hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the opening of its two Medication-Assisted Treatment and Counseling Centers (Youngstown and Warren). The event took place on August 21, 2019 at RISE Recovery’s Youngstown location- 3132 Belmont Ave., Youngstown, OH 44505.

RISE Recovery opened its first location on Belmont Ave. in January and made the decision to expand services into the Warren area in early June.

“RISE Recovery is different than most other Medication-Assisted Treatment programs who use Suboxone and Vivitrol to help those with addiction,” says Maria D. Kowal, MD and Chief Medical Officer. “We include a full service model that provides comprehensive medical and dental care because we know our patients do not get the full health care they deserve and need on a regular basis. This model is a more responsible way to help our addicted patients to recover and give them the gift of good health.”

“We recognize every patient is unique and every addiction is different, so our team will design the best possible treatment plan for every individual patient,” says Christopher M. Broderick, MSN, APRN-CNP, FNP-BC and Director of Medication-Assisted Treatment.

Medication-Assisted Treatment and counseling services are available at both RISE Recovery locations. At 3132 Belmont Ave. (Youngstown), MAT and Counseling Services are available Tuesday (1:30pm-4:30pm), Wednesday (5pm-9pm) and Saturday (8am-Noon). At 1032 E. Market St. (Warren), MAT and Counseling Services are available on Tuesday (5pm-9pm) and Saturday (12:30pm-4:30pm).  RISE Recovery accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most major insurances. A Sliding Fee Scale is available to assist the medically uninsured and underinsured who qualify.
