management program, ONE Health FIT, at its Lloyd McCoy and Wick Avenue locations. The
goal of ONE Health FIT is to take a multidisciplinary approach to managing patients 18 years or
old with Obesity and/or Type 2 Diabetes, and to provide evidence-based, compassionate clinical
care.
