Youngstown, OH (June 15, 2020) In the wake of COVID-19, ONE Health Ohio has continued to service the community in every way possible and are now offering the ability to test the community for COVID-19 at no cost to the patient. On June 19th from 10:00am-4:00pm, ONE Health Ohio will be offering drive-thru testing to the Youngstown community. Testing will be available at RISE Recovery located at 3132 Belmont Ave. Youngstown, OH 44505. All participants should have their ID and insurance card available to present upon arrival.
COVID-19 is a respiratory disease that spreads from person to person that can pose a serious health risk with manifestations ranging from mild to severe disease. Common symptoms include but are not limited to; cough shortness of breath, fever, chills, rigors, myalgia, headache, sore throat, and loss of smell or taste.
Anyone interested in being tested for COVID-19 on Friday,June 19th should contact Deb Stanovcak, RN at 330-884-6122. Walk-ins are welcome but preregistration is encouraged as space and testing is limited.
“This testing site is designed to be an outdoor/drive up testing event. Anyone, including ONE Health Ohio patients and non-patients may have this test done. More testing events are planned throughout the city of Youngstown and Warren over the next several weeks with specific dates and locations to be announced.
