ONE Health Ohio- a Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized integrated healthcare organization, is pleased to add Behavioral Health Supervisor and Counselor, Nicolette Giordano, LPCC to its team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Nicolette will be providing behavioral health counseling services to adults and adolescents at the Youngstown Community Health Center (726 Wick Ave. Youngstown, OH 44505). Also, Nicolette works with patients overcoming addiction at RISE Recovery (Youngstown and Warren). Counselors at ONE Health Ohio work with individuals, couples and families on coping with difficult life events, including abuse, addiction, adoption, anxiety, ADHD, child behavioral issues, depression, family struggles, grief, marriage and relationship issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and much more. Nicolette attended Youngstown State University to achieve both a Bachelor of Arts in 2005 and a Master of Science in Education in 2008. Nicolette has over 11 years of experience working as a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counselor with an emphasis on Medication-Assisted Treatment.
