RISE Recovery, powered by ONE Health Ohio, will open its third location in Trumbull County and will soon provide Medication-Assisted Treatment and counseling services for addiction in Newton Falls, OH. The new location, RISE Recovery (Newton Falls), can be found within Falls Family Care located at 175 E. Broad St., Newton Falls, Ohio 44444.
Medication-Assisted Treatment and counseling services will begin on March 16, 2020. Patient appointments are being scheduled at this time. RISE Recovery (Newton Falls) will provide services on Monday evenings from 5pm-9pm and Thursday evenings from 6pm-9pm at 175 E. Broad St., Newton Falls, OH 44444. RISE Recovery accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most major insurances. A Sliding Fee Scale is available to assist the medically uninsured and underinsured who qualify.
