Counseling Services
Our Approach
Our counseling services include individual sessions with a counselor at least twice per month. We use various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psycho-education, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness to support your recovery journey. Combining medication and counseling services has proven to be the most effective approach for completing a recovery program.
RISE Recovery accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most commercial insurances.
A Sliding Fee Scale is available to assist qualifying individuals.
